Rick Posted April 6, 2007 Report Posted April 6, 2007 this may be one of those pub talk things: i was playing with a bit of tin foil moulding it round a coin. eventually you can get it without creases so it looks silver plated.... anyone know what i mean....? well then i had the crazy idea. i wonder if i could do the same with gold leaf and car parts??? ie engine block, alloys etc... sounds daft but i reckon itd look the nuts and gold leaf is relatively cheap. would prob look shit on an osf but for a lowrider/hotrod project would be ace
