350moggy Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Hi there here are some pics of my capri as she was a fortnight ago and as she stands tonight she is going for paint at the end of Oct. I'm going for a black bonnet roof and tailgate with an orange lower half (up to about the doorhandles I think !) In the mean time I have fitted the new tailgate with Kat spoiler and started converting to quarter bumpers rears are about there fronts are taped on for effect only Now to my question (if you dont mind !) do you think that I should have the spokes of the wheels painted black or should i leave them silver I am undecided at the moment and your comments would be appreciated Cheers Richie
bashmk1 Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 im really liking the sound of a black bonnet and boot!!! i know its not what you asked but have you thought about black spokes with polished outer lip? i think that would really go with the whole car.

What I am aiming for is black top down to about the door handles then orange below that and now it seems I'm gonna have to go with black spokes and polished rims! She is going for paint in just two weekends time! All I've got left to do now is repair the passenger side A pillar fit the new passenger side door sort out how to fit the new front quarter bumpers Etc Etc Etc I think I better get back out there now!!!!! Thanks Again I'll post some new pics when she is painted!
