Hi, can anyone recommend a supplier for a 2" Mild Steel Single Box system that has the correct hangers on ?. I will also need a manifold, (I prefer the up & over centre pipes).

 

Lots of people have Mk2 systems but I don't really want to start cutting hangers off & finding replacements to weld back on.

 

If I do have to go the Mk2 route are there any other differences beside the hangers ?.

Yup thats what we have but a baffle or sonething has snapped off inside the rear box.

whats this for? escort/tina/fiesta? my mk1 escort has a mk2 exshaust on it and fitted fine

They're supposed to be guaranteed for life by the manufacturer if it's an AVO club stainless system. Will the manufacturer not sort it?

We were not given the garantee card when we bought the escort!

do you have these brackets on your exhaust

or these - which is what we have.

been a while but i have the bracket in the 2nd picture in front of the rear axle and a standard hanger like u got on the black exshaust hanging on the rear chassi if that makes sense?

So your exhaust has the same hangers as the black one?
