Whats happening with DEFLEX???

Hi,

 

Ordered a leaf spring Saddle bush set for my MK3 capri at beginning of March, got invoice through email next day, but as of yet nothing!!!

 

thankfully i've not been charged for them, but still thats not the point is it, i'm getting very close to needing them now.

 

anyone know if deflex are having problems?

ring em to chase em mate - i had trouble with my order too - apparently the had trouble getting hold of the OSF ones. kept ringing and finally got em sent - although they sent the wrong ones - hopefully will get new ones through tomorrow.

deflex went into liquidation a while ago. alot of people were worried they were gonna be let down , but i've heard good things since they've been taken over.

My bushes took months to arrive last time..apparently not unusual, but that was under the original management...

mine took forever to arrive too. so long in fact I just went and bought a pair of lower arms rather than waiting for the bushes (which were paid for) to arrive.

 

That was back about september last year though, dont know if they have improved.

I sent them an email around 10 days ago asking if there was a problem with getting hold of the bushes, to which i got no reply and due to working odd shift pattens it proves hard to ring up.

I have ordered from them before and the service was great, shame thats not the case this time, the good thing is i aint paid for them.
