So, if you want to chat to someone random, do a "Breaker One Nine" or "Breaker One Nine... Am I Getting Out?" Channel 14 used to be pretty good. It was like 19, but less people. I don't know if this rule still applies, but Channel 9 (IIRC) is for emergency use only. I must wire mine back up, I went off it for a while due to people doing pirate radio stations over it. If you are having a convo with a mate or 2, you can switch to any channel you like (as long as it's not 9) for a chat without many interuptions. So good buddy, what's yer handle???
