Got a 500mm x 250mm sheet of heat shield but its not on an adhesive backing. Any ideas on how to stick it to the inside of the tunnel/bulkhead?? I don't really want it rivett it in place and i only have about 1cm clearance so something is needed! Was told not to use heat wrap for the manifold as it mite crack and they're hard to find (Fiat twin cam engine). Cheers folks

Silicon mastic, will hold it in place, I usesd silicon as a sealant for the exhaust flanges, so it is not too affected by heat,

How you hold it up there while it dries is another matter :D:D:D

Looks like i've got a fun 'Shield Holding While It Dries' day to look forward to!!

Cheers, will give that a try, hope it handles the heat
