just thought id post in here how happy i am with rally design

 

ordered last thing friday night .... changed the order first thing monday morning as id forgotten something ... stuff arrived tuesday lunchtime !

 

top fecking banana and then had problems with the zorst manifold not fitting so made a fonecall then they rang their supplier and offered to send a driver out with another one and swap them over free of charge (but int he half hour it took for them to ring me back after ringing ashley id got it to fit with a bit of ratchet strap action !

 

i cant remember the guys name but i think it mightve been andy .... he also gave me step by step instructions on fitting my quickshift he just couldnt do enough for me rtop bloke !

was that ashley that sent someone m8? ral des were a pain to me the other day, went in ordered my bits but then wouldnt sell them as was over £100 and i wanted to pay by cheque as had just spent last of my cash and couldnt be arsed to go all the way home to transfer the money across from one account to the other. their explanation was that they didnt want to have to chase me up if the cheque bounced, FFS i go in there often enough and spend enough bloodymoney in there, all the guys who work there recognise me

Never had a problem with Rally Design either...they quote 48 hours delivery and its normally there next day. The blokes on the end of the phone are really helpful , especially when you get muppets like me asking stupid questions
