presleybeetrootboy Posted July 10, 2007 Report Posted July 10, 2007 does any one know any good mechanics or maybe engineering colleges cos i av left skool nd im looking 4 a desent college to go to 4 working on cars i av been to brooklands b4 for 2 years but i was wondering is there better ones out there
mossy Posted July 10, 2007 Report Posted July 10, 2007 after doing the college route myself (just finished a 3year course 2years ago) I would go out and get round the garages to see if anyone will take you on as an apprentice on the proper scheme... A mate who started on that the same time as me is about 10years ahead experience wise, as college mainly focus on the theory side. I have to spend a year working in a garage to become fully qualified. Erm....Think thats most of it.....Hope that helps, feel free to PM me with any other questions.
