Hammerite blue. There is only one hammerite smooth light blue colour. It's close and tough. Perfect. Can get it in Halfords.

I think one of the re-ferb ppl use 'plasticote' in blue from a rattle can - you can get it in B&Q / focus etc. Not used it myself though
