Do you think that we should keep to the standard colours on our Old Skool Ford's ?

Well done to all those brave people who decide to make their cars just a little bit different ... especially with radical colour changes .... I wish I had the guts to do it ..... and I really like this:

I would have kept mine the original colour but it was just too dull for me. If your wondering it was oyster gold and now its a bright vista orange! One of the hardest decisions i made was which colour to have it.

Keeping on of our standard colours, the Estate is probably going from Lagoon Blue to Monaco red and white, and the Super I fancy in Dark Green (Goodwood Green or similar) with a gold roof, gold strip and gold minilites, what d'ya reckon?

really depends on the car and what its going to be used for .

i would change the colour of mine all the time if it wasnt so expensive to do .

but if you have an unmolested low mileager then i would keep it original

I much prefer stock colours, BUT saying that there are some modern colours that have worked well, the obvious one that come to mind is Stetcops Mk1 Cortina in Moonstone, I had been told what colour it was before I saw it and thought that will never work, but all credit to him, it looks the nuts,

Factory race colours can also work well, but, and its a big BUT, The colour has to suit a car, it can so easily make or break a Good car to a "What the fook is that"

At the end of the day its down to the owner of the car, After all its their pride and joy
