nitrous question

Ive bought a second hand nitrous oxide kit and wondered if anyone could give me some advice?

Its a nos systems kit for a fuel injected engine, it has a single fogger nozzle and the jet sizes are nitrous 040 and fuel 028.

Does anyone know what bhp these jets are and has anyone using one of these kits that could give me some advice what to expect?

m8 the jets you got with your kit are: 28 fuel jet running 18psi fuel pressure and 40 nitrous jet which is 72hp @ flywheel with 950psi bottle pressure!

 

you need to check your fuel pressure with the engine running.

let me know what hp you want and i will tell what jets you'll need once you tell me your fuel pressure

i've got an walbro 255 gph efi fuel pump, fuel pressure is 36.3 psi or 2.5 bar running. my engine is an unopened ca 18 det so i'm not sure how much power would be okay. the car currently runs 13.5 at 107mph with 3.77 diff no lsd 205x16 toyo proxyes
