mk1mexico Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 i reported this to ebay 3 days ago still havent done anything about it
Mick The Cabbie Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 Deffo a scam!! I've seen loads of listings like this recently. They copy a finished listing, usually a week or two after it ended. Morleys(i think) beige Mk1 van being one example. They then re-list the item as a classified ad etc with a 'cheap' buy it now facility. The listings always have the same appearence. Wonder if anyone has actually ever fallen for this.
Mick The Cabbie Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 i reported this to ebay 3 days ago still havent done anything about it When these scams get reported to ebay, they seldom do anything about it.
slimrs Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 im sure that the car belongs to someone off this site...........
johnny_h Posted September 8, 2007 Report Posted September 8, 2007 Dear johnnyh20000, I am selling this car for £2,500.00 including delivery anywhere in UK.I set at a "very, very low" price to guarantee a sale. The only reason is that I need cash for a family emergency. I have to tell you that I'm currently out of town with some major problems so pick up/view isn't an option. If you want to buy this vehicle email me back with your full name and address to start the official procedure trough eBay. They will send you a notification with ALL the info regarding delivery, purchase protection and refund policy so please provide your details before more questions. You will find 90% of answers in that notification from eBay! Thanks - dmun2an I just need you bank account details... sort code....
baz105e Posted September 8, 2007 Report Posted September 8, 2007 Wow it's a mighty coincedence that he's out of town isn't it, if you were going away you wouldn't put your pride and joy on ebay whilst you're gone these peeps need shooting
