Admin Vista Posted September 17, 2007 Admin Report Posted September 17, 2007 RIP Colin and his son and many condolences to his family. Truthfully though, many people die in tragic circumstances in the world everyday, the flight that crashed in Phuket for example. Whilst I do not recognise their names like I do Colins, I did not know him any better than I knew them, he was therefore no more my friend than they were. so I offer deepest condolences to everyone who has lost people close to them in tragic and unexpected circumstances. After all, for the people left behind the loss of a loved one is no easier to bear because the person that they lost was not widely known. I've lost two friends in the last 18 months, one in a Bike smash near Bristol, and the other in a car crash in Australia and I miss them both. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . My minutes silence for Colin and all the others who have had their lives cut short.
louie bagel Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 sad end to a driver who will stay in the rally driving history books for a long time, made even harder for his family and friends with the loss of his child and everyone else on board,
Wessie Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 such a sad loss for the whole world of motorsport, colin was true legend who represented britain at the highest level of rallying, he was a truly skilled driver and will be missed greatly by everyone. RIP colin and johnny, if in doubt, flat out
