"Norman Binnall 89 years old from Burnham-on-Sea has been told he must leave his care home because he does not meet the government criteria for funding. Norman was a P.O.W in Germany for over 3 years and lost a foot at Dunkirk. He is petrified about returning home on his home with very little care. Is this the way we should be treating the Heroes who gave us what we have today. Ex-sevicemen like Norman have given this country a lot, let us not ignore them in their time of need."

Sorry that it's not oldskool car related guys but I feel that we all owe it to these brave men who sacrificed so much so that we can enjoy our freedom - only for New Labour - No Shame to treat them worse than criminals

i honestly done ever see a solution to any of it either, its all come too far to rectify now.

 

too many immigrants, too many dole dossers, too many fat cats, not enough houses, jobs etc.

 

next ten years your gonna see a massive divide in this country. extreme poverty and extreme wealth. like various areas of America.

 

the government cant possibly help everyone cause their laws and priorities are fooked up...

I got a solution, tell the EU to shove their regulations up there arse and start looking after number 1, ie- British people! you know the ones who actually pay to keep the country running, not the immagrants and foreign crooks who claim persicution and all that the round ones, then come in and sell drugs to kids, or who work aswell as claiming benefits and then send all there cash out of the country

dont worry cookie, i feel the same way...im disabled and cant get a job because they give all the immigrants money, houses, cars and jobs for free when people with disabilities find it alot harder to find jobs as it is...health and saftey is another one....but thats another story....im on benefits but i dont like the "bum" label, i would love to get a job, but cant

All done! I wanna know what the government criteria is for the elderly. I think it's disgusting how the elderly are treated by the local governments. They work all their lives and pay into the system then they have to pay for their care when they get old and don't always receive suitable care when they need it. As a Carer I struggle to get suitable equipment for each individual's needs. Then all we get told is that there is a cash shortage. WELL I'M SORRY BUT THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!!
