It will be used in the lanes of Devon and Wales on Road Rallies I have a 1300 screamer going in, in the next few weeks and other bits when i get them, please look at my wanted add . Its totaly Solid and drove back from Exeter at a steady 90mph all the way which aint bad for a 1300cc x-flow

Ya went upto bonny Scotland a month or so ago. was going down the 205 route but could not bring myself to buy one and have endless trouble ( like i did before). So now i got this yer little orange Escort . Happy chappy now

Van-Roy Posted October 19, 2007 Author Report Posted October 19, 2007 Looks nice... what you pay for it? £1170 Hopefully Front and rear bilsteins going on soon, 1300 screamer being rebuilt, need a cage seats and belts and its off into the lanes, only problem i have just smashed 2 of my fingers to bits so now layed up for a couple of months.

Parts still required 4:1 LSD (English) Good nav foot rest ( Not cheap thin alloy job) alloy fuel tank etc AO21r yokohama tyres mintex comp pads (where is the cheapist place to buy these?) quaife shafts (maybe if at right price)

Van-Roy Posted November 6, 2007 Author Report Posted November 6, 2007 very very nice go on the 4 door just checking it out today for mounting the rollcage and found a little rot which is now sorted thanks to some one handed welding (dont tell the boss ) just got to get the rest of it in now and weld in some plates for the cage and weld on the tramp bars. My club has a little 12 car nav rally this monday i might tempt fate and take it out for a drift around the lanes.
