bigglesmk2 Posted October 28, 2007 Report Posted October 28, 2007 Well just been to the meet and saw one very tidy Anglia and my bit beaten but regulay used mk2 escort and thats it.Can understand ppl not wanting to risk their pride and joy on the roads today tho. Had my daughter asleep in the car and she can be a pain when woken so i hung around for 20mins then sodded off home. Maybe wait till the warmer meets next year as im more of a outsidey pub person anyway.

I think the wet weather put people off plus a few of us have taken our cars off the road now for some winter fetling. Next year should be good. Gonna have regular monthly meets plus maybe gatecrash a couple of other local classic car meets where some interesting rides have been known turn up. I'll get some flyers printed up. Theres a lot of peeps with old Fords around here who probably ain't aware of OSF.

I'll be planting em on all the local OSF's that I spy when on me travels. And I do see quite a lot of em I added my contact details on there too so hopefully generate lots of new interest!!
