aaronblue Posted October 31, 2007 Author Report Posted October 31, 2007 yeah i was up at the totb at york this year those and saw the r32 skylines of distinctive cars york up there they are very sweet cars. i used to have a 200sx s14 last year but 8 mpg killed my bank!! Glad to c some fans of the asidways action on here the engine spec at the mo it a 1600 sprot with lightened and balanced flywheel and a cam to start with. im trying to post pics but i have to wait 7 days.

bmxdave Posted October 31, 2007 Report Posted October 31, 2007 Ive always been a big fan. Used to be on Driftworks, still visit now n then. Im not so big on it all now though. Im not a big fan of the scene. Its very elitist and the few events ive been to i didnt enjoy. I think ill stick to getting my own cars arse out, afterall, its ten times for fun. My Triumph was great for drifting, even in the dry, but the open diff limited its ptoential. Until it rained, then it was great, very progressive and its standard set up was perfect. Im not allowed to abuse my Dads car so ive never purposefully had it sideways.... but i have by accident and then 'accidentally on purpose' held it there. It grips too much in the dry though and the handling and grip far exceeds the power and my ability. First on my joblist for the new car is a slip diff
