MK5 Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 We live next door to Woking Park and last night was the annual fireworks display. We recently treated ourselves to a new digital camera and John thought he'd have a play. He took about 150 shots and the following are some of the best and the most interesting. We're not sure what we're doing with the camera yet, but never the less we are very pleased with some of these pictures

lainey Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 Nice pics, looks like it was a good display
Admin Vista Posted November 4, 2007 Admin Report Posted November 4, 2007 Nice pics, my work put on a display on Thursday night that was pretty good. I was watching it thinking, all over the world people are attempting to flush out terrorists and put a stop to their antics. Meanwhile here at home we throw a big party every year to commemorate the original home grown terrorist Guy Fawkes! We even give our kids sparklers to encorage them to get in on the act! How ironic is that?
DEP Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 OOOOOOOOooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrr............................AAAAAAAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhh Very good Gail, brillant pics
ALL4SHOW Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 i live near the trafford center & i think theres is on tonight & i seems to get less & less every year the first year was mad but i think there was alot of complaints plus if you drive down the M60 past it you can see a few hundred people stood on the bridge over the motorway watching
bmxdave Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 Those are good pictures them, i like em. Im partial to a firework myself. I like guns and blowing stuff up so they really appeal to me (being very cautious of course, i might be a bit insane but im not f@@king stupid). I almost bought what looked effectively like a 10lb bomb on a stick but managed to peel myself away hinking about the cost and how much (or how little thses days) petrol i could buy instead.
antz Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 isnt it weird how teh government cracks down on gun crime, terrorists, knifes etc etc etc YET they will happily sell mini explosives to any bugger out there! enough fireworks and you can do some damage! my mums mate blew his hand clean off with one so if you bunched a few together you got a nice bomb. think about it
