boXXer Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Ive narrowed it down to 2 choices... 1. 7" RS 4 spokes 2. 7" superlites in black or anthracite Car is a Olympic blue mk1 escort... so help me PLEASE! its doing my nut as i like them both
DEP Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Both will look hard, but i reckon go for the 7" RS 4 spokes
Mk 1 Mark Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Both will look hard, but i reckon go for the 7" RS 4 spokes 7" Rs 4 spokes for me too
Stu_B Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Can't go wrong with either but the 7's will look better (less common )
andy1980 Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Yep definately the RS4's and when you get them fitted lets see a pic as they are the wheels i want for mine.
Burns Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Can't go wrong with either but the 7's will look better (less common ) they're both 7's but i agree, i'd go for the 4 spokes too
Guest MK1gaz Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 I don't like black superlites so it's the 4 spokes for me
Admin Vista Posted November 13, 2007 Admin Report Posted November 13, 2007 Just my opinion like but whilst I prefer the look of the 4 spoke, they just seem a bit much on an unarched mk1 as the offset's all wrong plus you end up running naff skinny tyres to make them fit. This is what mine looked like when I tried a set, admittedly they're 7.5" 4 spokes but they just looked all wrong So reluctantly (as I prefer 4 spokes) my vote is for the minilite
Guest MK1gaz Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 that's because 7.5 inchers don't fit , 7's go straight on but you can't run them with baloon tyre profiles because they hit the bodywork
over_head_cam Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 My choice would be.... ....not really important. You gotta choose what you want mate
