no mate its going to have to be at least a 185/60/13

 

seriously i had a set of 12x13 inch wheels years ago and they had 275/30/13

but those should be 405-455/10 / 13 good luck in getting those tyre sizes

but that is working it out inches to mm

Widest 13" road tyre i know is a 235, but that's even a stretch on a 10" rim, you could be fooked mate, unless you fit slicks

 

You'd still need mahoosive arches though
