Cookie Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 Just make sure you fill in the @report an unpaid item ' option, then click on 'buyer and seller mutually decided not to complete sale' and as long as whoever the 'buyer' was confirms this when ebay email them you will get a rufund on the final value fee
