First off, what revs are safe on a 2.1 pinto? As far as i know the bottom end is standard, and with a short burst ive had 7000rpm, but i dont want to take any chances.

Second, can you buy alleycats and 7" rs 4 spokes from anywhere but mdlands wheels? As far as i know its only them who makes them.

Oh, and can you buy them in pairs instead of 4?

Cheers

9000 on 40's? That's a lot!! It must have been out of puff at 7k wasn't it? What were you doing at 9?

it still had some puf in it m8 cause the timing was retarded so it cold rev better and it normal passes in a 1/4 mile with a street legal body but on 22inch slicks was 12.9sec @ 106mph and 60ft 1.775secs

So Dragaddict was that 9k in the hole then?

I assume you're talking about the cam being retarded not the ignition? (or the driver  )
