jamesg Posted January 1, 2008 Report Posted January 1, 2008 Hi everyone, lets get this going again. First SUNDAY of the month at 14:00, was thinking about meeting at the Park & Ride at Sowton (over the road from the Barn Owl Inn) Is this better for everyone? Anyother suggestions?

Admin Vista Posted January 6, 2008 Admin Report Posted January 6, 2008 Just be warned that even though the Police moved us to the Park and Ride last year when there were too many of us for the Barn Owl car park (there was around 75 of us) when I tried to use the Park and Ride again officially I was refused permission by Exeter city/town council. I can't be there for this, but will come along when I can

Baldrick Posted January 12, 2008 Report Posted January 12, 2008 Hi, I might have a problem free location in Exeter for the next meet A friend of mine owns a Garage on Marsh Barton Industrial Estate in Exeter (KMJ Restorations) he is also a Ford Specialist, he has a huge car park outside his unit (we have had 50 plus car there for other events) and there would not be any problems with permissions etc, would this be a suitable meet place in Exeter, he is happy for first Sunday in Feb what are your thoughts people out there??? If this is ok I will put up the address/ any directions etc

If this is ok I will put up the address/ any directions etc Sounds a very good idea Shaun, would be a much better location to hold it, and no worrys about getting into trouble about gaining permission to hold the event unlike at the park'n'ride
