my reverse lights aren't hooke up an need to sort it..

ive changed my mk2 escort from auto to manual an cant seem to work out how to sort the reverse lights??

any had this problem an if there's anywhere i can buy a switch of somekind to use???

toggle switch on the dash, flick it on when your reversing, or to blind nob heads behind you using full beam

You should have a switch mounted on the gearbox, the light from memory is fed by a ign switched live that then runs on to the gearbox where it is earthed when the gearbox is put into reverse.

I've also changed my ghia from Auto to manual. You should have a wire that you disconnected from the Auto Box. It is the reversing wire and Earth's the reversing light. I soldered this wire to the reversing switch contact on the right side of the manual gearbox. Mercury Motors in twickenham/St Magarets sell new ones if you haven't got one.
