russ105e Posted November 5, 2006 Report Posted November 5, 2006 BT are useless.Had problems with my broadband last week.Got through to an indian call centre.Couldn,t understand what she was saying. She said it was faulty cos i've got street lights outside my house Then she said it was because of my Sky box.Eventually it turned out to be a fault outside with water on the connections in the road.
