Lots of people think its,s all doom and misery, nothing could be further from the truth ,a lot of it is dark but miserable...nah. Tower of Strength by The Mission is a very uplifting track for example.

Seen Dying Fetus ,Testament and Necrophagist. Gotta say Necrophagist was probably my fav as it was in some shitty basement club in Brighton and I was 5 feet from the band on there foot high stage. Guitarist is AMAZING.

wigglychief Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 I like anything from cannibal corpse, dying foetus, dimmu borgir, turisas, symphony x - (if youve never listened to symphony x SERIOUSLY give it a listen favourite band of all time! especially this song the odyssey is like an epic story in a song! listen to all 3 parts gets better and better! )Also i like things like SOAD, Korn, slipknot, machine head and killswitch. Then all the way to Drum n Bass, hardhouse, dance, hiphop and recently alot of dubstep!
sambo Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 I used to be a death metaller. Cannibal corpse, entombed, deicide n all that. Now, i dont really give a shit about music but i fooking love the deftones. And i prefere the mellower stuff they do. Great band and what a voice.
