FlashCadillac Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 I ordered some new door cars from Aldridge Trimming the other week now since they have been posted iv had no end of bother with the postage company... Parceline They tried to deliver them two days running whilst i was at work, that cards they post say contact us within 3 days or they will send them back to the supplier... on the third day i tried to phone them at least 2 dozen time... no answer on the 4th day i got through i wanted to change the address on the delivery to my work address so i know id be in.... man on the phone goes "you need to contact your supplier to change the address, you cant change this yourself" HOW THE HELL DO I KNOW WHO THE SUPPLIER IS.... YOU HAVNT DELIVERD IT YET so i asked him.... he didnt know.... took him 45 mins to ring me back once i had found out spoke to aldridge and they changed the address for me, great service they said they would try and deliver them wednesday or if not today.... i wasnt at work yesterday as i was on a course...... but they never came anyway this morning a man wanders in with a box with parceline stickers all over it... the box was verry tall and thin and i said to the guy my door cards are never in there .... he just shrugged and told me to sign for it... So.... after all this waiting and tossing around what to i have to fasten to the inside of my doors???? ...... FLOWERS!!!!!!! i rang the doris at aldridge and we had a good laugh about it... she was wetting herself laughing! anyway.... they eventually found them in a distribution depot in biiiiiiiirmingham so i hope to see them soon

FlashCadillac Posted March 20, 2008 Author Report Posted March 20, 2008 The flowers were for Mrs Leslie Donaldson from her family.... there was a little card with them... the postage company didnt seem to give a sh*t that i had someone elses parcell... Id just like to state that Aldridge trimming have a bloody top serveice if a little pricey its the Postage company id like to hang by the bolloks
