Twinkle Posted March 24, 2008 Report Posted March 24, 2008 i only tend to do 3 day weeks most of the time anyway, although i do 4 days regularly so i can have a week off every six weeks without having to use my holiday leave

Twinkle Posted March 24, 2008 Report Posted March 24, 2008 over time dont do over time and i get close to that now monday to friday i do also work every other weekend and approx 70/75% night shifts, oh and still possibley losing my 25% unsocial hours bonus which will drop me down to about 20k. also we are unpaid for mealbreaks but still have to work them and be available for calls in them. not quite so attractive now eh
