the original plan was a v8, but to be honest for everyday use you can't beat the xe and i dare say its just as quick as an old rover v8. i would recomend the xe to anyone (quick, reliable and cheap ), infact im temped to drop one in the escy

My first car was a 1600L, I loved it deffo have another one if I could put a v6 omega engine in it. XE though yes please.
