Ive waited 6 weeks for my new fire place had two girls ring this week To say delivery on wensday 8-12 and is there any delivery difficuitys

 

Yes say i its a very narrow road Your big lorry WONT fit down my road

 

Ok we will send a small van to deliver

 

1 pm still no delivery Mrs R is getting pissed off now

 

2 pm the driver rings the door bell I cant get my lorry down your road

 

My husband did tell your girls that mate getting really pissed off

 

2.30pm the guy had had to pull the box up the road on his pallet truck

 

5pm I get in unpack it big chip on the corner

 

5.30 ring B & Q we will send a replasment ASAP and will call you back

 

6pm that item is out of stock

sorry to hear the problems u have had..

 

but at times their could be many reasons why it was late......traffic jams,lorry broken down, items not delivered to the stores etc ...but if you told them about them needing a small van etc and they have sent a large lorry....its because the management think they know better!!!!.....ive seen it and been their, and the management sometimes don't listen to the drivers either!!!

cant recall the parks name...the one on the left has your heading towards the town centre on the A6 ......was their dismantling the stage and loading it back on to the lorry, when the 4 fookers rode up on the bikes and did the deed.....unfort by the time we relised they were off with 2 sat navs

Luton's a shithole! Went up on a supporters coach with Torquay United a few seasons ago & we were banned from entering the County so had to go to a pub just outside beforehand, then got a phonecall from the police at 2:30, got a police escort to the ground, were herded in like cattle & escorted out straight after the game!
