As some of you know, i'm away from home at the moment and my car is laid up in storage.

It's insured on a laid up policy with an agreed value of £5500, from 4 years ago.

I want to get an new agreed value on the car just incase something nasty does happen! But the insurance need the valuation form to be filled in by a professional body or car club.

Obviously the car can't be viewed as well as it's in storage. But i do have loads of pics.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers.

I heard somewhere that valuations cant be done unless the car has a valid MOT :?

surley if its on a laid up policy then that wont count laid up being the key words???
