i am undesided as price is a big factor 2 as if i am gonna have 2 re coat hammerite i dont wanna keep payin for it so not doin it

Neither, Use POR15, get it from frost automotive, you'll never chip that off!

if you use stone chip then you can paint on top of it

body shutz is good stuff but cant paint it very easily as the tar/oily stuff bleeds through (IMOE). Ive used waxoil over painted surfaces before and seems good, u can get it in black too.
