Nothing has gone right with my engine bay refurb:

Firstly i got a massive run in the paint on the bay and whilst spraying my bonnet something was in the lacquer and its gone all over it

Now to put the icing on the cake the weather has totally shut down and i cant do anything

So at the moment i am extremely Fooked off with it and to be honest i feel like selling it i am sick of the sight of it at the moment

We all hate our cars when things go wrong - just remember what its like cruisin in the sunshine. Best thing to do is leave it for a bit like everyone is saying and go back to it. Plus I always recommend the use of a stress panel - usually an old escort door and a lump hammer, or when you're really hacked off, a sledgehammer  We have many such items in the workshop for situations just like this...

I think i better get myself an old panel then

Ive just been playing the new GTA today and chillin out trying to forget about it for a bit and then tomorrow im gonna get cracking if the weather is okay

I know the feeling, being a gardener and tree surgeon, or how about being 40ft up a tree and sliding as branches are soaking, and ending up covered in saw dust as it clings to wet jacket

dont worry about the run and shit in the laquar, just use 2000 wet and dry with a flat block and use fairy liquid with a bit of water in it then polish it up

Come on Pete, youve done all the work yourself so far and your only a young guy.

You should be commended on that alone!

You need a spin in an OSF to stoke your fires
