Massive respect to Andy Harris 11.3 and Dave college 11.2 (i think was his best) for the quickest N.A. 4 pots without gas . Shame they couldn't run side by side :ykt::thumbsup:

The mk2 estate is an Atmo screamer mate with no power adders (turbos/superchargers/gas) . A very tasty machine with a 70bhp power advantage so i'm suprised that the old pinto on DCOE's and clockwork ignition is still perched on it's rear panel 8)

My mate Tonys "comfy" street car went well Saturday :ykt: . A street legal run of 13.6 secs @ 98mph with no slicks , gas , turbos or bits missing . Not bad for an old pinto on skinney 175's , 45's and a mechanical fuel pump :mrgreen:classicford08029.jpgclassicford08036.jpg

Thats not a bad time at all
Too right fella and it's still got a £30 type 9 5 speed gearbox and 1100L halfshafts . Certain forums reckon it's only got 150bhp which is odd considering all their 190+bhp zetecs are fooooookin miles behind !!!!!!!

Should have kept your old engine Gaz,You'd have been 0.2 secs slower but about 10k richer :wink:
lol :dope: . I could have done some "comfy" street legal , atmo 4 pot times that start with a 12 today if my car was fooooooooookin working :wink: .

Well done to Andy and Toby, i was happy with an 11.1 @130mph on road tyres.

Even though the car played up when i raced Andy, damn clutch slipped all the way through second gear :lol:

Well done to everyone, it was an excellent day's racing - even if the conditions weren't ideal, I predict everyone going faster...... :ykt:
