Today started off like any other- woke up late and rushed around to get ready for work.

Went to drive to my mum's to get my work stuff and noticed my door wasn't shut properly. I knew I'd shut it last nite and locked everything up.

I usually park it up dean's drive if i stay over infront of the escort. But last nite his dad was parked up there. I parked my car on the road outside his neighbours house. Dean's road is quite well lit and there's rarely any trouble.

Anyway...got in the car, slammed the door 3 times and it wouldn't shut properly. Drove to mine and got my dad to look at my door. He confirmed what I had feared- some pr!ck had tried to break in. The top of the door was bent out quite a way from the car and there was a dent in the door where they'd put there knee on it whilst pulling the door back.

I hate theiving scum and I couldn't stop crying (very girly i know).

I feel violated- even though they didn't actually get in.

I've had the car nearly 2 years and have had no trouble. The one night I park it on the road at dean's (he lives in the next road from me- 2mins away) and some pr!ck tries his/her luck.

There's not even anything of value in it, i have a cheap head unit (stereo) in there and a bopping "little miss naughty" in the back parcel shelf. I dont have any speakers or subs in there! I feel sick just thinking about it.

Anyway... sorry to rant on but I've had a poo day :(

I take the face off my stereo every night and put the handbrake lock on. I dont leave anything in my car at all.

Words cannot descibe how sick i feel

It's not as though my renault 5 is a turbo or got anything special on it. It's just bog standard

I remember how gutted I felt when someone tried to break into my mk2, they didn't get in but they still managed to bugger up the lock and ram a screwdriver through the window seal bloody barstewards

And they dumped an old Nova in front of it

Hope you manage to get it sorted
