They dont fit Colin, the hole in the reflector thingy is too small for H4's

What sort of plug goes onto the bulbs?

3pin is H4 twin pin is H7.

When I had my mk1 I had the square lights and they had the 3 pin plug.

that sucks cuz normal bulbs are pretty dire in the dark

Cheers guys, im on my way to Halfrauds now to have a butchers what they got. They are the 3 pin jobbers though.

the tungston base is round but they do do a halogen version (well they did do years ago)

no iea about mk1's but in my mk2 i bought some square halogen lamps then fitted some halogen bulbs from aldi £3
