anti handleing? kit

has anyone fitted an anti dive kit to a mk1 escort and had any adverse affects! .Ive fitted one and the handleing now SUCKS! , Any thoughts

Might have highlighted a bad TCA bush or 2, Or the and leaking or broken front shock.

ive got 1 on my mk1 mex and it handle spot on

put the kit on mine with new tca's its the nuts no probs at all check your ball joints an bushes with the front wheels off the floor an check for any movement

did you guys have to adgust the tracking after fitting the kit ?

when you say the handling sucks ..what do you mean ?

 

is it wandering over the road ?

 

when braking dows it tug at the wheel?

If the car is already lowered I am not sure you need one. I think they were originally for rally cars which were running above standard ride height.

I have one for my capri but I don`t think it is worth fitting as it doesn`t even have the extra centre bush.

Mines got one and its lowered,the handling is fooking ace

 

Was already fitted when i bought the car and i didnt even know till a guy came buy it and told me it had one

 

He never bought it and i didnt care,its mine all mine i tells ya

thanks everyone for replies , i have just adgusted my tracking , ithink it must have been toeing out too much , Ive adgusted it to give me more toe in and its a totally diferent car !, Anyone got any ideas how much toe on 15" rims

1 deg is a good starting point, i'll do a geo on it if you want?
