OK guys i need to clean up all the suspension / wheels / and other bits and brackets etc that are on the car. would also be useful to be abe to clean up old alloys parts too as well as motorbike frames and other odds and sods - not entire cars but still reasonably largs bits and pieces

 

has anyone got any experience of these:

any advice / experience would be great, also any advice on grit / shot type would be great - thanks!

if your gonna use a sand blasting gun bung up your ears nose and every other orifice cause it gets everywhere :lol:

I used the clarke shot blast kit from Machine Mart with the medium grit and used on a set of steels. The medium grit was a bit U/S go for the rougher more abrasive stuff.

 

You do need a compressor for this though.
