MightySprocket Posted August 6, 2008 Report Posted August 6, 2008 shame I love the x-files... although the early stuff was better
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted August 6, 2008 Report Posted August 6, 2008 We were going to see it tonight until I read some reviews online. Here are some: Even the most devout X-Files fan may have their faith tested by this snoozy addition to the franchise, which glides into cinemas with all the urgency of a Dalek with a flat battery. It's lost its X-factor. I wanted to leave. A plot dug out of the serial-killer deep freeze.
Fishtailparka Posted August 6, 2008 Report Posted August 6, 2008 I've seen it. It is more like a not very good episode dragged out into film length. And WTF is Billy Conolly doing in it?

Mick The Mig Posted August 7, 2008 Report Posted August 7, 2008 I always found it hard to follow the plot (if there was one) in X files. They always seemed to string you along with the promise that something would be revealed or explained, but usually it prompted more questions. Maybe its just me?
Stu_B Posted August 7, 2008 Report Posted August 7, 2008 I remember when the x-files was good... all wierd monsters and stuff... then it got up it's own arse with all the alien conspiracies
