I went under general in hospital for it and i dunno what they did but i cant open my mouth very far...its horribly bruised ...two different pain killers and two different antibiotics

Me too, I think the op involved a JCB and a team of navvies. I did have to have a small amount of bone removed to get one out though. The good news is that was all the dental work I had after that for about 20 years. I only have one filling .
