colour advicee

the time has nearly come for my car to get a respray, and i'm stumped on which colour to go!

 

stripes or no stripes, pin stripes, etc etc

 

it's all so frustrating.

 

post me up some pictures of your Capri's to give me a bit of inspiration

IMO capri,s look good in yellow(or most colours)As said already daytona yellow is nice or for a deeper colour there is signal yellow

if its a mk1 capri then brown. mk2 brown. mk3....

so long as its not pink you cant really go wrong with a capri, the suit any colour, which probably doesnt help you narrow it down

 

just think, do you want it to be really in your face?

 

if so: Orange, Yellow, bright green, bright red

 

or if you want it toned down:

 

white, black, silver, dark grey, blue

one problem i've found with yellow is that with black bumpers and fittings it makes it look like a bumble bee

 

colours i'm considering:

 

orange, bright red, black, dark grey, blue

 

 

i don't believe in metallic colours really, they don't look right on old cars.

go bright red, and i mean bright red

spray it so it's so bright and in your face it makes your retinas bleed. Cant go wrong with that paint style

Mine was red sprayed over a yellow base coat. Really makes it pop.
