Just a bit of in car footage from our local Hill climb in my Mk2 from Saturday.

Road mostly dry but damp through the centre section.

Cheers Toby, scalps taken on Saturday to give me FTD for saloons were:

 

320bhp 4.3 Rover V8 powered Mk1 Escort thunder saloon on quad webers etc

190bhp 2.1 HT pinto Mk2 Escort

400bhp M3 Bmw stripped out with light panels etc.

180bhp 2.0 205 Pug

200bhp 2.1 Millington Pinto powered Mk2 Escort

230bhp Dunnell Zetec powered spaceframed RWD Nova

185bhp KAD16v Mini

Various Fiestas

 

Also was 3rd fastest car overall in the wet (on slicks!!) the only two cars to go faster were a 2.0 Dallara F3 car and a Hayabusa powered carbon tubbed single seater both on wets.

Had to watch it again - made me laugh the bloke pushing you around trying to get you into stage at the beginning - rubbing his belly - I hope he wasn't insinuating anything Bunman :mrgreen:

:lol: The guy in the timing cabin on my right was holding up a packet of biscuits which belonged to the starter!! "Food ransom" now theres a thought.

 

:lol::lol: Maybe if I attach a Bun to the bonnet . . . . . . . . . Roland Hayes has a lot to answer for!! :lol:
