technically your insurance is void if your MOT is out of date tho.

see now because of some similar but not quite the same bullshit reason i was told i was driving with no insurance and got 6 points and a £200 fine and the car got impounded

with out an MOT your car is isured but not on the road, if its on your drive and get broken into its covered but not covered to be on road
