prefectopop Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Love it JimmyB - excellent choice! Nearly bought a series 1 about this time last year. Unfortunately it was a shed and decided I didn't fancy walking back from Peterborough. That looks like a minter - looking forward to seeing it!

Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted September 20, 2008 Author Report Posted September 20, 2008 Thanks for the replies peeps It's my first V8 & it's a monster The best bit, it's CHEAPER to insure than my Anglia
surfingturnip Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 very nice mr Bob, any plans for it? mahoosive chrome wheels, hyro suspension, tinted windows and a huge soundsystem to go with your gangster lifestyle perhaps?
numbnuts Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 I had one of them. When it worked (for about 2 miles!) it was great but it started going wrong and we spent hours + hours + hours trying to get the damn engine running. Gave up in the end which was a shame as they are nice motors, proper Sweeny they are!! Hope you have better luck than me. _________________ grape ape photos
Seldon Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 Lovely looking & a 3500S with a nice manual gearbox to play with, but still a brave man to have a V8 with the price of fuel at the mo.
