mk2estate Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 that looks like a top job i've had a glovebox for my escort in the garage for a while, that's inspired me to have a go. doubt it'll be that neat though. any tips?

Noodles Posted October 19, 2008 Author Report Posted October 19, 2008 If you turn the treble up they are fine, better than cutting holes in door cards.

corsair dean Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 thats a smart looking neat job you have done there matey looks so much better than mine hanging underneath the dash in a cradle!
vibrating_Cake Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 FAO the speakers under the seat, why not make them in angled boxes facing towards the pedals underneath the seats, iirc some of the emma sound quality competiion cars used speakers like that under the seat just angled slightly forwards. could be something to mess around and try with maybe?
Noodles Posted October 20, 2008 Author Report Posted October 20, 2008 I did have em in bigger boxes and you basically sat on em when you sat on the seat, now they are in the smaller boxes there is about 1.5-2 inches of room space is just so minimal under the seat trying to get em inbetween the cross members and clear the adjuster arm for the seat. But I did that of that idea
DanV Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 neat but also stealthy. nothing for tealeaves to look at
