Mark2Mark Posted November 30, 2006 Report Posted November 30, 2006 Well the 'box is booked in for 9am for it's and my first RR session, since i have fitted a 32/36 DGAV carb and throttle cable (cheers 105speed) I have not been able to drive it as the jets are way out, so hoping to see a marked improvement on the drive home! Wish me luck

antz Posted November 30, 2006 Report Posted November 30, 2006 good luck! i remember my first RR. was scared to death and told the guy not to take it above 5000rpm hence why i only got 62bhp.since then ive had it on the limit many a time it is really good. good luck itll be fine

Mark2Mark Posted December 1, 2006 Author Report Posted December 1, 2006 Well we both survived it made 97.5 lb ft @ 3661rpm and 79.5 bhp @ 4718rpm and to be honest i was hoping for a little more.............untill i got in to drive it home.............OH MY GOD it fooookin' shifts! It never felt slow before, but now it is like a different car and i can't stop smiling

antz Posted December 1, 2006 Report Posted December 1, 2006 they are wel worth it!!! i rememer getting mine done and it was great! went so much better and when my dad drove it he couldnt stop smiling! he said it shifts for a 1.3! glad it made it through!
