Aquired a 4 door mk1 Escort in April, needed some work but we thought we'd get it anyway and see how we got on with it. Ended up falling in love with it and now in the process of spending a small fortune (well for us anyway ) having it done up a bit to stop it rotting away completely. Has a 1600 engine in it, but the body/interior are pretty much original. Cheers Annette
