help needed

Any one recomend a TOP ally welder in the south who can modified a new cast ally sump

 

Sorry to be pickie but when i say TOP i mean with a proven record of producing oil tight work not leek like a sive work

best thing to do if there aint an oil tight seal is to get some of those gas ally soldering rods theyre good for filling holes and stuff where strength is non important.
