mk1matt Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 hello jo got mine yesterday. my mum took it from the postman as he knocked the door coz of the size but the calender wont go through the letter box and it was totaly wrecked. it was soaked and over half open and folded in half even with the big red letters DO NOT BEND on the enverlope. and this is how he handed it to us. she complaned to him and got a complaints number which i will ring and give them some food for thought. but as you can imagen i was gutted. will keep you posted on the outcome. here are some images of what royalmail find exceptable to deliver face to face. i dont no how the guy had the balls to stand there and deliver it as if all was ok.
