antz Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 *looks around like a dog when someone shouts DINNER* Huh?....T-cut?....Someone mention T-cut?
Copey Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 seems antz likes t-cut, get him to do it
kirk10 Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 use g3 mate alot better and comes off really easy unlike t cut or 3 m perfect it is better than g3
Retro-gone. Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Posted January 22, 2009 i used to use 3m finesse but by hand it doesnt kill overspray as well as t.cut and g3 compound is too course for my liking, , im on the lookout for a cheap machine polisher so i can go back to finesse.. its only cos ive painted the engine bay thats caused the overspray.. and i do lurve a shiny car
Retro-gone. Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Posted January 22, 2009 *looks around like a dog when someone shouts DINNER* Huh?....T-cut?....Someone mention T-cut? antz you already smell like a chemical factory
antz Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 *looks around like a dog when someone shouts DINNER* Huh?....T-cut?....Someone mention T-cut? antz you already smell like a chemical factory when i got my car back from having work done i t-cutted every square inch of the car and everything that was stood still got a rub of tcut! im the only person ever to finish off a full bottle
Retro-gone. Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Posted January 22, 2009 no youre not mate, i use at least 2-3 full bottles a year on my cars, bikes and other stuff, did you know t.cut brings perspex up a treat and most plastics including helmet visors, safety goggles, also kitchen worktops!
mk1super Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 I t cutted my escort in one go mate helped me it took 5 hours
Retro-gone. Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Posted January 22, 2009 its woth it tho, then wash the t.cut off, dry off the car and use the best polish and then a sealer, why dya think my cars never rust!
GT_lenny Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 farecla-the makers of G3 do one called "total" or something and or their "machine" glaze is finer than G3 and better than t-cut if you want to get t-cut off easier though put it on then go over it with auto glym super resin the combination of the two comes off dead easy
Retro-gone. Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Posted January 22, 2009 what i do and always have is t.cut a panel then wash off the t.cut with hot soapy water, as im on the understanding you dont wanna be puttin polish/wax over the t.cut thats still on you know what its like, we all have our way of doing things to get the same results
bigdaz27 Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 i dont like t-cut to much like hard work. i am a lazy cabby i use this stuff i got from a paint supliyers in the estate where i park my cab the best and easyst polish i have ever used but cant think what its called
